“Luke talked to us about house position and our living areas in relation to the sun and we probably did not completely appreciate what he was saying at the time.  Well after our first summer in our new house we were surprised how much cooler the indoor living areas were compared to the outside temperature.  We have also now seen the first half of winter and love the winter sun shining into our living areas and only needing the gas heating for the nights.
