Set on a very sloping 25 Acres in Sydney's Mulgoa, this property not only had site restrictions but also came with a very proactive Mulgoa Progress Committee dedicated to preserving the natural landscape and integrity of the area. After months of negotiations with Council and the Progress Committee we designed this home to the delight of all parties. It went on to win the Award of Excellence at the Building Designers Association Regional Awards.
