We designed a rear extension to this heritage listed home in Concord. As always, these types projects need special attention due to the sensitivity associated with Heritage listed homes. After almost a year of negotiation with Canada Bay Council we finally got the development application approved. I am so proud to have recently learned the builder won the prestigious National Master Builder Association Award in the Alterations & Additions Category. The builder and I have worked on a few projects over the last 5 years but this was a true challenge. The owners had a high attention to detail and being Heritage it was very challenging. The builder did extremely well on all fronts and managed the process professionally. I may come up with the designs and ideas, but without the right team behind your vision and a client who trusts your process, these projects would never hit their mark.
